Sales Manager

About the role

Join Amex GBT as a Sales Manager and drive new business for our suite of business travel software and services. You will build influential relationships with senior decision‑makers and help clients achieve success through our travel solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and conduct deep discovery with key decision makers to understand their travel needs.
• Deliver data‑driven presentations, demos, proposals and respond to RFIs/RFPs for executive audiences.
• Negotiate contracts and close new customers to grow revenue.
• Onboard new clients in partnership with the implementation team.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with internal teams to drive sales.

Required profile

• 2+ years of consultative B2B selling experience in Travel, Tech or SaaS.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong prospecting, prioritisation and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel 25‑50% and work remotely.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and pipeline management tools.
• Experience using sales enablement and proposal management platforms.
