About the role

Join Four Points by Sheraton as a Sales Manager for Groups and Catering, driving proactive sales initiatives for corporate, group, catering and MICE accounts while delivering simplified, genuine experiences to independent travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively target corporate, group/catering and MICE accounts, focusing on solicitation and account saturation to achieve personal and property revenue goals.
• Manage incoming inquiries and implement sales strategies aligned with the property’s objectives.
• Analyse market information, including competitors, economic trends, supply and demand.
• Negotiate contracts using creative selling abilities and close business deals.
• Develop and manage relationships with internal and external key stakeholders, ensuring long‑term, value‑based customer relationships.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• Self‑motivated, driven and energized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Enthusiastic to advance your career with a can‑do attitude.
