Kitchen Assistant

About the role

As a Kitchen Assistant you will help produce the fresh ingredients that go into our signature salad bowls. You’ll receive thorough training and a clear career path within a fast‑growing, high‑performing food brand.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with ingredient preparation using state‑of‑the‑art processing machines.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels and perform regular stock counts.
• Ensure daily food safety, sanitation and product quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with fellow Kitchen Assistants, Supervisors and Managers to deliver an exceptional product.
• Model and reinforce company culture and people standards.

Required profile

• Experience working in industrial or restaurant kitchens.
• Passion for food and kitchen operations.
• Self‑motivated, positive, service‑oriented, flexible and ethical with high integrity.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of food safety guidelines and practices.
