About the role

Grill’d is expanding rapidly across Australia and is looking for energetic Assistant Restaurant Managers to lead teams in a fast‑casual dining environment. You’ll work side‑by‑side with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operations, high‑quality service and a fun workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and guide a passionate team alongside the Restaurant Manager.
• Participate hands‑on in all areas from grill to floor to guarantee smooth shifts and happy customers.
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety to deliver consistent dining experiences.
• Drive sales performance, meet targets and celebrate team wins.
• Coach team members to develop their skills across all stations.
• Oversee safety, quality and operational procedures with precision.

Required profile

• Full working rights in Australia.
• Successful completion of a National Police Check.
