Sales Manager – Build a Fast‑Growing Food & Beverage Business

About the role

Join Brewing Brands as a Sales Manager and work side‑by‑side with the CEO to shape the commercial future of an ambitious food‑and‑beverage distributor. You will help build a high‑performing sales team, launch new brands and drive profitable growth across cafés, foodservice and retail.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategy, pricing models and profitability analysis.
• Lead, coach and expand the sales team, setting targets and monitoring performance through dashboards and CRM reporting.
• Visit customers in the field, build strong relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate with suppliers, manage partnerships and resolve supply‑chain challenges.
• Launch new products, plan brand activations and coordinate with marketing on promotions.
• Create monthly promotion ideas in collaboration with the marketing manager.
• Contribute to business planning, forecasting and long‑term growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading commercial, sales or marketing teams, preferably in food & beverage or FMCG.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building businesses rather than just managing them.
• Strong decision‑making ability, comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment with minimal hierarchy.
• Commercial curiosity, respectful challenger attitude and confidence to own outcomes.
