Sales Manager – Bankstown

About the role

The Good Guys is seeking a Sales Manager for its Bankstown store to lead a high‑performing sales team. You will create a positive, sales‑focused culture and drive profitable growth while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop team knowledge and capability using the proven in‑house sales model.
• Contribute to financial performance through labour management, profitable sales, inventory control and expense management.
• Maintain compliance with legislative requirements, especially Consumer Law.
• Uphold The Good Guys brand by delivering great customer experiences and high‑quality visual merchandising.
