Sales Executive – Industrial Sector

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join a well‑established national organisation operating in the industrial asset and remarketing space. This field‑based, relationship‑driven role focuses on developing new business and maintaining a strong client base across a diverse industrial market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships across the industrial sector.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive engagement.
• Manage an existing portfolio of clients while expanding your network.
• Conduct site visits and support asset valuations.
• Coordinate asset preparation and sale processes to maximise return.
• Use CRM systems to manage activity, pipeline, and client engagement.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Experience in sales or business development, preferably relationship‑based.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication skills for engaging corporate clients and on‑site operators.
• Proactive, self‑driven with high initiative.
• Confidence working independently in a field‑based role.
• Current driver’s licence.
