Sales Executive, Capital Markets

About the role

JLL's Capital Markets business is looking for a dynamic sales professional to join its Metropolitan Sales & Investments team in Canberra. The role supports investment sales transactions from start to finish, working closely with research, valuation and transaction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support investment sales transactions end to end, including researching market data and preparing investment materials
• Present investment opportunities to potential investors
• Build relationships with clients and market contacts
• Analyse properties and create financial models
• Provide market insights that help clients make informed investment decisions

Required profile

• A Commerce, Finance or related degree, with confidence in financial analysis and modelling
• Numerical skills to evaluate investment opportunities, build financial projections and interpret market data
• Experience or genuine passion for sales, business development or property valuation, from previous roles, internships or a strong interest in commercial real estate
• Enjoys connecting with people, identifying opportunities and closing deals
• Enthusiastic, driven, adaptable, clear communicator and eager to learn
