About the role
Nike Canberra is looking for a casual Athlete to join its team. This is a casual, flexible role working about three days a week, with availability for one day between Monday and Thursday and two days during the busiest period from Friday to Sunday. You will be the first point of contact for customers and help deliver the Nike experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver premium customer service
- Build and maintain expert-level product knowledge
- Replenish and maintain stock
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in the store
- Help the store achieve its Key Performance Indicators
Required profile
- Ideally previous retail and/or customer-service experience
- A zeal for delivering a premium service experience
- A passion for the Nike brand and sport
- A natural sense of urgency and an energetic demeanor
