Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join Squadly’s remote team. You will work closely with our Founder and Sales Director to generate qualified sales opportunities for our Account Executives, focusing on service businesses with field teams across Australia and globally.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels to build a pipeline of potential customers.
• Research target accounts, identify key decision‑makers and engage business owners, founders, operations managers and leadership teams.
• Lead Qualification & Assessment calls to understand operational workflows, current systems and business challenges.
• Qualify opportunities based on fit, urgency, buying process and decision‑making structure before handing them to Account Executives.
• Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations, prepare detailed handover notes and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and leadership to refine messaging and improve sales processes.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in outbound sales or lead generation, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Comfortable working during Australian business hours.
