About the role

Join Medow Health’s fast‑growing AI healthcare team in Sydney as a Sales Development Representative. This phone‑first, outbound role focuses on prospecting specialist medical practices across Australia and New Zealand, initiating conversations with doctors and practice managers, and booking qualified product demos for Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect specialist medical practices primarily through cold calling and email outreach.
• Engage doctors and practice managers to understand their challenges and present Medow’s AI platform.
• Book and qualify product demos for the Account Executive team.
• Manage leads, follow‑ups, and activity in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with the team to refine messaging, outreach tactics, and conversion rates.
• Support occasional local outreach initiatives to connect with specialist practices.

Required profile

• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people and making phone calls.
• Resilient and target‑driven, able to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Coachable and eager to learn, open to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Competitive yet collaborative, thriving both individually and as part of a team.
• Organised and proactive, taking ownership of tasks and following through on commitments.
• Previous sales or customer‑facing experience is a plus, but attitude and work ethic are valued most.
