Sales Development Representative

About the role

SalesSourcers is looking for a Sales Development Representative to own outbound execution across multiple client accounts. You will focus on conversations, qualification and booking meetings without needing to source leads.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to B2B prospects and book qualified meetings.
• Manage 2‑3 client accounts simultaneously, handling calendar coordination and meeting scheduling.
• Send follow‑ups, keep prospects engaged and track pipeline, activity and performance metrics.
• Liaise with clients to provide updates and feedback, continuously improving messaging and conversion rates.

Required profile

• 1+ years of sales experience, ideally as an SDR.
• Proven cold‑calling and outbound sales experience.
• Strong phone communication skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Self‑starter with high ownership and accountability.
