Sales Development Representative

About the role

Kasada, a fast‑growing cybersecurity leader, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to build pipeline for its enterprise go‑to‑market motion. This role goes beyond pure outbound activity – you will create high‑quality conversations with senior buyers, respond swiftly to inbound interest, and book qualified meetings that turn into real sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect target accounts via cold calls, personalized email, LinkedIn, and coordinated campaign follow‑up.
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives with prospects that match Kasada’s ideal customer profile.
• Respond quickly to inbound leads, event follow‑ups, and high‑intent website activity.
• Communicate clearly with senior and technical buyers across fraud, security, risk, trust & safety, eCommerce, digital, and IT teams.
• Maintain strong CRM hygiene in HubSpot, including accurate notes, lead status, activity history, and next steps.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to refine outreach messaging and improve conversion from lead to meeting.
• Work within defined SLAs for inbound response, event follow‑up, and campaign‑sourced engagement.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills with high energy and strong discipline.
• Confidence to prospect into executive and technical audiences.
• Comfortable with cold calling, personalized email, LinkedIn outreach, fast follow‑up, and tight SLAs.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM proficiency.
