Sales Development Representative – Build Pipeline & Drive Revenue

About the role

Join Brandwatch’s Sales Development team to generate business opportunities and build a robust pipeline. As the first point of contact, you will research, engage and schedule meetings with potential customers to convert them into qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and nurture warm prospects using Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Cognism, Gong and other platforms.
• Conduct an average of 100 outbound activities daily to schedule platform walk‑throughs and initiate the sales process.
• Maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and coordinate with Account Executives for next steps.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry news and the social media landscape, becoming an expert on Brandwatch’s SaaS product.

Required profile

• Background in sales, BDR, or SaaS (or a strong passion to develop a sales career).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Motivated, determined, and able to thrive in a quota‑driven environment.
• Coachable, self‑aware, and a team‑player.
