Sales Coordinator

About the role

Hitachi Construction Machinery (Australia) is looking for a highly organised Sales Coordinator to join its NSW team in Revesby. This newly created role sits at the heart of sales operations, coordinating machine builds, deliveries and customer commitments. Reporting to the NSW Sales Manager, you will work closely with Sales, Service and external partners to keep processes running smoothly and deliver a great customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate machine delivery schedules with the Service and Sales teams
• Prepare monthly delivery forecasts and support reporting
• Manage pre-delivery requirements such as inspections, registration and logistics
• Liaise with suppliers and finance partners on attachments, machine funding and customer finance requirements
• Review and approve sales invoices, purchase orders and customer purchase orders
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve sales processes, delivery performance and customer satisfaction

Required profile

• Experience in a similar coordination or sales support role
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a solutions-focused, adaptable approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Industry experience in construction, automotive or a similar field is highly regarded
• A current NSW driver licence

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills; Excel is essential
