Sales Coordinator - Flexible Casual

About the role

Restaurant Associates, part of Compass Group Australia, is hiring a Sales Coordinator in Perth on a flexible casual basis, working up to 3 days per week. The role suits an experienced hospitality or events professional who wants to balance work commitments or re-enter the workforce. Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial client enquiries and qualification to preparing quotes, proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate client communications and logistics, including preparing detailed Event Orders.
• Keep sales pipeline data accurate in the CRM.
• Facilitate handovers to Operations so the delivery team has the precise information and updates needed for successful events.
• Support the wider sales team with general administrative tasks, reporting and client follow-ups.
