Sales Coordinator – Customer Support & Administration

About the role

Join Magentus as a Sales Coordinator on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, supporting the Practice Management Sales team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, licensing requests and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, delivering an exceptional experience.
• Support licensing, purchasing requests and general sales enquiries.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Practice Management Sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Prepare sales reports, documentation and presentations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, communications and team efficiency.

Required profile

• Organised, proactive professional with a customer‑focused mindset.
• 1‑2 years experience in sales coordination, sales support, or customer‑service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
