About the role

Join our stunning Fyshwick showroom as a Sales Consultant, helping customers bring their dream kitchens, bathrooms and laundries to life. You will deliver first‑class service by pairing deep product knowledge with tailored solutions for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend the perfect kitchen, bathroom and laundry solutions.
• Manage the customer journey end‑to‑end – from quotation through sale, coordinating delivery and installation, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Build and maintain exceptional customer relationships, creating lifelong customers for e&s.
• Stay up to date with product and systems knowledge through comprehensive training and support.
• Contribute to a positive, high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Genuine ability to connect with people and guide them through their purchase journey.
• Natural talent for identifying opportunities and confidently driving sales outcomes.
• Experience in a customer‑focused role such as retail, real estate, automotive or travel.
• Strong self‑management skills – able to prioritise, multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with excellent written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Proficient computer skills and confidence in learning new systems.
