About the role

Freedom Property Investors is seeking motivated Sales Consultants to join their fast‑growing team in Melbourne CBD. You will work with warm, marketing‑generated leads, building trust quickly and booking discovery sessions with senior advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with warm leads (no cold calling) and drive high‑quality strategy sessions.
• Follow a proven sales structure to meet daily KPIs and book discovery sessions.
• Apply feedback rapidly, maintain professionalism, and demonstrate ownership in every interaction.

• Base salary $60K–$80K plus uncapped commissions (OTE $120K–$160K).
