About the role

Join Nick Scali’s award‑winning showroom team in Midland as a Sales Consultant. You will represent a premium furniture brand, helping customers choose high‑demand luxury pieces while driving your own earnings through an uncapped commission structure.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with showroom visitors, understand their needs and present suitable furniture solutions.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and convey the value of premium designs.
• Process sales transactions, complete paperwork and ensure a seamless hand‑over to the delivery team.
• Participate in structured training sessions and ongoing development programmes.

Required profile

• Proven track record of sales success in any high‑value retail environment.
• Strong communication and closing abilities with a customer‑first mindset.
• Professional presence and ambition to maximise earnings.
• Experience in sectors such as furniture, jewellery, automotive, real estate, luxury retail, appliances or consultative sales is valued.
