About the role

Join Nick Scali’s Marsden Park showroom as a Sales Consultant and help customers discover premium, high‑demand luxury furniture. You will be the primary point of contact, guiding shoppers from initial interest through to a successful purchase while delivering the brand’s renowned service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive showroom sales by actively engaging with customers and presenting product ranges.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Provide accurate product information and tailored recommendations based on customer needs.
• Maintain a tidy, inviting showroom environment and ensure merchandise is displayed to brand standards.
• Follow up with customers post‑sale to ensure satisfaction and identify further opportunities.

• Proven track record of sales success, preferably in retail or consultative environments.
