Sales Consultant - Chinese Property Market

About the role

YPA Point Cook is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Consultant with a strong understanding of the Chinese property market. Candidates with a proven track record in real estate sales who are fluent in Mandarin (or Cantonese) are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients, focusing on the Chinese buyer and seller market.
• Conduct property appraisals and presentations to potential sellers.
• Negotiate sales and manage the entire sales process from listing to settlement.
• Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support and guidance in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
• Work with the team to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Experience in real estate sales, particularly within the Chinese property market.
• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese, in addition to English.
• A current Agent's Representative certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
• A current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.

• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
