Sales Associate

About the role

This position is for an ambitious Sales Associate to join a fast‑growing fintech lender in Sydney. You will work directly with business owners and key decision‑makers, helping them secure funding solutions that support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into funded opportunities.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to close.
• Identify and qualify high‑potential commercial opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations and client meetings.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline within the CRM and collaborate with marketing and senior sales leadership.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service or a client‑facing commercial role.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Commercially minded with genuine interest in business and finance.
• Resilient, driven and motivated by achieving results.
• Looking to build a long‑term career with clear progression opportunities.

Required skills

• Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.
