Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to shoppers.
• Maintain store presentation, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Handle transactions and operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately.
• Work flexible hours, including late‑night trade and weekends.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in customer‑facing roles such as retail, hospitality or supermarket.
• Passion for streetwear, sneaker culture and footwear trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, energetic team environment.
• Self‑motivated with a strong drive to meet sales goals.
• Full availability for evening and weekend shifts.
