Sales Assistant – Carrum Downs

About the role

Join AMX, Australia’s largest motorcycle accessories retailer, as a full‑time Sales Assistant at the Carrum Downs store. You will work in a vibrant team environment, helping customers find the right products while contributing to store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a strong safety focus for yourself, teammates and customers.
• Drive store sales and meet KPI targets.
• Provide up‑to‑date product information and excellent customer service.
• Keep the showroom clean, well‑presented and fully stocked.
• Reliably cover shifts, including weekends and holiday periods.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and climbing as required.

Required profile

• Active, able to prioritise tasks and work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Passionate motorcycle enthusiast with prior retail experience.
• Enjoy building relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proactive, driven and comfortable working as part of a team.
• Customer‑first attitude and a track record of meeting targets.
• Willingness to work a 7‑day roster and be available over Christmas/New Year.
