Sales Agent – Real Estate

About the role

Boffo Real Estate, an award-winning agency described as a close-knit team, is looking for a Sales Agent to join its team of over 60 real estate professionals. The role suits people who want to help others achieve their real estate goals, and is available for full-time or part-time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in training and development courses on maintaining and nurturing long-term client relationships.
• Prepare for and attend property appraisals generated from office leads.
• Build positive client relationships and help promote the Boffo brand in the community.
• Manage sales campaign processes from start to finish with support from the Administration team.
• Work with vendors, purchasers, prospective clients and the Boffo team.
• Conduct open home inspections and auctions.

Required profile

• A passion for helping people and a positive attitude, able to work independently and with the team.
• A vision for creating positive customer experiences.
• Polished personal presentation and excellent communication skills.
• An SA Sales Representative Licence and a valid SA driver's licence with a reliable vehicle.
