Sales Advisor

About the role

You will spend most of your day speaking with customers who have already started a quote, helping them understand and choose the right insurance cover. The role is focused on building rapport, solving problems and seeing your effort reflected in your results.

Key responsibilities

• Speak with customers on the phone and guide them through policy options and costs.
• Build rapport, uncover needs and navigate multiple systems while managing accurate customer information.
• Read and interpret policy information in real time, explaining cover and costs clearly.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets, developing strong sales habits.
• Handle objections and turn challenging conversations into positive outcomes.
• Participate in regular training, coaching and feedback to improve sales capability.

• Motivated by achievement, continuous improvement and resilience.
• Confident communicator who can quickly build trust with customers.
• Positive attitude when conversations don’t go as planned and willingness to learn from feedback.
