Sales Advisor - Fashion Retail

About the role

H&M is hiring a full-time Sales Advisor for its GPO store in Melbourne. The role is central to creating an outstanding customer experience: welcoming customers, guiding them through the store and helping them find what they need while showcasing the products.

Key responsibilities

• Share fashion and product knowledge so customers can make informed choices.
• Work with the team to deliver excellent service throughout the customer journey.
• Keep the sales floor and back of house well stocked, organised and inviting.
• Help with opening and closing the store.
• Represent yourself and the brand positively in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail or a similar field.
• Passion for fashion and for delivering an in-store experience that promotes products and drives sales.
• Thrives in collaborative, dynamic environments.
• Communicative, creative and curious about store technology, eager to learn and develop.
• Flexible and action oriented.
