Sales Account Representative - Marine and Protective Coatings (NSW)

About the role

Jotun Australia is looking for a Sales Representative for its Protective Coatings business in Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time, regular position with a global brand and a local focus, where the role is to grow accounts, act as a trusted advisor and drive results for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a select customer base through planning and relationship building.
• Understand client needs and align Jotun's solutions to their success.
• Hit sales targets using Jotun's tools and strategies.
• Promote products through site visits, presentations and follow-ups with key stakeholders.
• Solve technical and commercial challenges so projects stay on track.
• Introduce new products and ideas to clients.
• Ensure timely payments and manage outstanding balances professionally.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of B2B or field sales experience (more is welcome).
• A proactive, curious mindset and a passion for building relationships.
• Experience in coatings, construction or industrial sectors is a plus.
• Knowledge of Protective Coatings is a bonus but not required.
• Willingness to travel and connect with clients across NSW.
• Australian resident with full working rights.
