Sales & Account Manager – Healthcare Education

About the role

Research Review Australia, an IQVIA company, is seeking a commercially driven Sales & Account Manager to expand partnerships across pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, medical device and broader healthcare sectors. The role focuses on new client acquisition, strategic account expansion and commercialising RRAU’s educational and digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new sponsorship, advertising and educational partnership opportunities across target sectors.
• Analyse client engagement data to uncover gaps and growth potential.
• Build relationships with marketing, brand, medical affairs and commercial leaders.
• Develop strategic account plans to increase share of wallet and support new product launches.
• Leverage market intelligence and competitor activity to generate new business.

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development, account growth and revenue generation.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is essential; broader healthcare experience valued.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience using AI tools and technologies to drive productivity and insights.
• Ability to understand and communicate digital, data and healthcare engagement solutions.
