Safety and Training Coordinator

About the role

Monadelphous is seeking a motivated Safety and Training Coordinator to join the Brisbane Operations team. Based in Brisbane, the role supports projects across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and internationally in Papua New Guinea.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the Leading the Safe Way Supervisor program.
• Support operations with learning and organisational development initiatives, including needs analysis, solution design, and cost estimates.
• Facilitate in‑person and virtual workshops, design and evaluate programs.
• Provide HSE advice and support across multiple projects and sites.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (essential).
• Diploma in Work Health & Safety and/or Environmental Science.
• Experience delivering training in construction, mining, energy, industrial or related sectors.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and full Australian working rights.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
