Room Attendant - Housekeeping (Pre-opening)

About the role

Punthill Brisbane Airport is a new state-of-the-art hotel opening late November 2026, located in Brisbane's airport and trade precinct. It will start with 38 apartment-style apartments and expand to more than 130 across three stages. As a Housekeeper, you will join the pre-opening team and help present the rooms to the highest standards for the very first guests. The role reports to the Hotel Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain common areas to brand standards
• Clean guest rooms during stay and departure to a high standard
• Ensure the efficiency and quality of cleans meet hotel benchmarks
• Give feedback on common area conditions to the Housekeeping Manager or Hotel Manager, especially areas needing deep cleaning, repairs or replacement

Required profile

• Adaptable, enjoys variety and works with an ownership mindset
• Attention to detail, organisational skills and high standards of cleanliness
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work as a team and independently
• Approved Australian working rights (citizenship, permanent residency or a visa with approved working rights)
