Housekeeper - Pre-Opening Team, Brisbane Airport Hotel

About the role

Punthill Brisbane Airport is a new state-of-the-art hotel opening late November 2026, located in Brisbane's airport and trade precinct. It will start with 38 apartment-style apartments and expand to more than 130 across three stages. As a Housekeeper on the pre-opening team, you will ensure rooms are presented to the highest standards and give the first guests a flawless first impression. The role reports to the Hotel Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain common areas to brand standards
• Clean guest rooms during stay and departure to a high standard
• Make sure the efficiency and quality of cleans meet hotel benchmarks
• Give feedback on common area condition to the Housekeeping Manager or Hotel Manager, especially where deep cleaning, repairs or replacement are needed

Required profile

• Adaptable, enjoys variety and works with an ownership mindset in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, organisational skills and high standards of cleanliness
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work as a team and independently
• Approved Australian working rights (citizenship, permanent residency or a visa with approved working rights)
