About the role

Join the Housekeeping team at The Larwill Studio Melbourne – Art Series, a boutique hotel inspired by Australian artist David Larwill. As a Room Attendant you will ensure each guest room is immaculate, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the hotel’s vibrant artistic spirit.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including changing linens, sanitising bathrooms and wiping surfaces.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in line with hotel guidelines.
• Restock and organise housekeeping trolleys with all necessary supplies.
• Handle cleaning materials safely and follow all health‑and‑safety protocols.
• Respect guest privacy and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cleaning or room‑attendant roles is a plus.
• Warm, welcoming communication style that makes guests and teammates feel at home.
• Strong eye for detail, efficient time management and pride in workmanship.
• Physical stamina for moving between rooms, using stairs and navigating hallways.
• Reliable transport and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Use of standard cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Ability to follow safety and hygiene procedures.
