About the role
This role is ideal for someone experienced in a similar position who can confidently manage a wide range of maintenance tasks, supporting the day‑to‑day operation of the hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with day‑to‑day maintenance requests via HubOS.
- Complete daily plant rounds and identify any equipment that appears faulty or requires repair.
- Liaise with relevant departments regarding works in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring out‑of‑order spaces are returned to service promptly.
- Accurately record all maintenance tasks (completed and outstanding), including repairs and preventative maintenance schedules.
