Road Worker / Driver – Civil Labourer

About the role
We are looking for a reliable Road Worker/Driver to join a civil construction team in Newman, Western Australia. The role involves supporting road maintenance and infrastructure projects on a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule, with 8‑10 hour day shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with road works and general civil labouring tasks.
- Collect litter bins and perform roadside maintenance.
- Support road crews with daily site activities.
- Operate equipment such as Bobcat where required, ensuring a safe work environment.
- Follow all site safety procedures and project requirements.
Required profile
- Current HR Driver’s Licence (automatic accepted).
- White Card.
- Previous experience in civil construction or road works (preferred).
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Required skills
- HR Driver’s Licence.
- White Card.
- Bobcat Ticket (desirable).
- Traffic Control Ticket (desirable).
What we offer
- Competitive rate of $50.38 AUD per hour.
- Local role – return home to Newman each night.
