Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager – ANZ (1‑year Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Airwallex is seeking a commercially‑minded Revenue Strategy & Operations professional to help scale its revenue engine across Australia and New Zealand. This 12‑month fixed‑term position will act as a strategic and operational partner to ANZ commercial leadership, strengthening forecasting, pipeline management, target setting and commercial execution.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with ANZ commercial leaders to identify growth opportunities, improve execution and raise commercial performance.
• Analyse the end‑to‑end revenue funnel, surface performance gaps and recommend practical actions.
• Establish and improve forecasting, pipeline‑review and performance‑management cadences.
• Build dashboards, reports and operating processes for data‑informed decision‑making.
• Own and improve core commercial processes across Salesforce and other revenue tools, enhancing data quality and user adoption.
• Design scalable processes and automation that can be adopted beyond ANZ in partnership with Global Revenue Operations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, commercial strategy, consulting or finance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and senior leaders.
• Experience in high‑growth technology or fintech environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
• Salesforce (or other CRM) data management.
• SQL and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Looker.
