Revenue Operations Manager
strayer · Campus Surry Hills
Job description
About the role
Torrens University Australia's Future Students & Growth team is hiring its first dedicated Revenue Operations Manager. The role owns the systems, data, processes, forecasting and commercial insight behind student recruitment and revenue performance, from enquiry through application, enrolment and census to revenue. It is a permanent, full-time position with hybrid working, based in Sydney (other locations considered).
Key responsibilities
- Build forecasting models across acquisition, study load, attrition, retention and census-surviving revenue.
- Own reporting on productivity, conversion, pipeline, targets and incentives, turning data into clear actions for leaders and teams.
- Analyse the enquiry-to-census funnel, including conversion, velocity, attribution, agents and channel return.
- Own and optimise the technology environment, including Salesforce, integrations, automation, data quality and metric definitions.
- Improve processes, reduce manual friction and set up documentation and systems that support sales teams.
Required profile
- At least five years' experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, commercial analytics or a comparable environment.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion, pipeline, forecasting and performance measures.
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Analytics, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfortable building something from the ground up, presenting insights to senior and non-technical audiences and handling sensitive performance and remuneration information discreetly.
Required skills
- Hands-on CRM ownership, ideally Salesforce (certification highly regarded).
- Advanced Excel, and strong Power BI, Tableau or equivalent visualisation; SQL strongly preferred.
What we offer
- A permanent, full-time position with hybrid and flexible ways of working.
- The chance to shape a new Revenue Operations capability and work with senior leaders across the organisation.
- Professional development and growth opportunities within Torrens Global Education Services.
- Sydney is preferred; occasional interstate travel may be required.
