Retail Support Officer

About the role

YP AG, a business partner of Elders, is looking for a Retail Support Officer to join its growing team in Kadina on a fixed-term, full-time basis. As the first point of contact for clients, the officer supports the sales teams in building client relationships and helps clients move through the end-to-end sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert administrative support so the branch can build professional relationships
• Support all areas of the sales process and help run the office
• Create promotional and marketing materials for the branch
• Help clients explore new opportunities with the YP AG team
• Maximise promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events
• Assist with expense management

Required profile

• Comfortable in a collaborative, results-focused environment
• Smart, resourceful and forward-thinking, embracing technology
• Passionate about making a difference for clients and the community
• Keen eye for detail and a background in business administration
• Understanding of agriculture seasons
• High level of customer service and relationship-building skills
• Experience preferred but not essential
