About the role

Apple Retail is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team in delivering the unique Apple customer experience. The role involves coaching, developing and motivating team members while ensuring store performance aligns with Apple’s business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a diverse team to achieve performance and developmental goals.
• Participate actively on the floor, interacting with customers and team members to model best practices.
• Oversee recruiting, training, and retention of high‑performing staff.
• Address customer and employee concerns, escalating when necessary.
• Plan and execute operational strategies to meet store performance targets.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, protect assets and confidential information.

Required profile

• Availability to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales or a related environment.
• Fluency in the local language, both written and spoken (sign language supported).
