Retail Store Manager - East Village

About the role

Bed Bath & Beyond is looking for a passionate Store Manager for its store in East Village, Sydney. As the most senior member of the team, you will partner closely with the Assistant Manager to develop and coach the team in delivering expert home styling advice and driving outstanding store sales. The store offers a rotating roster that supports work-life balance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a retail sales environment with a passion for delivering customer service that exceeds expectations.
• Desire to be part of a high-performance culture and to achieve monthly sales targets and individual KPIs.
• Passion for detailed home styling and creating a beautiful home environment.
