Retail Store Manager – Customer Experience Leader

About the role

Apple Retail is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team in delivering the iconic Apple customer experience. You will coach, develop and inspire team members while ensuring the store meets its performance and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a diverse team to achieve performance and developmental targets.
• Participate actively on the floor, interacting with customers and team members to model best practices.
• Address customer and employee concerns, escalating when necessary and collaborating with leadership.
• Plan and execute operational strategies to meet store performance goals and business priorities.
• Maintain company policies, protect assets and ensure confidentiality of business and customer information.
• Support recruiting, training, and retention initiatives for a high‑performing workforce.

Required profile

• Availability to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends and public holidays as required by the store.
• Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales or a related environment.
• Fluency in the local language, both written and spoken (sign language supported).
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusion, diversity and respectful workplace culture.
