About the role

Join the Ghanda team as a Retail Sales Assistant in Prahran, delivering the brand’s signature experience to every customer who walks through the doors. You will be the front‑line ambassador, helping shoppers find the perfect pieces while supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a friendly, knowledgeable Ghanda experience to all customers.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions and perform till reconciliation accurately.
• Maintain high visual standards in line with Ghanda’s merchandising guidelines.
• Process stock deliveries, manage inventory control, and ensure the shop floor is well‑stocked.

Required profile

• A can‑do attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong alignment with Ghanda’s brand values.
• Flexible availability, including school holidays.
• Reliable personal transport.
• Retail or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
