About the role

Join Aussie as a Mobile Mortgage Broker and run your own business backed by Australia’s #1 mortgage brand. You’ll work flexibly from anywhere on a hybrid basis, building lasting client relationships while the company supplies pre‑qualified appointments and automation to minimise admin.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pre‑qualified customer appointments that are booked directly into your calendar.
• Collaborate with the in‑house marketing team to launch custom marketing initiatives that boost lead flow.
• Guide clients from the first conversation through to settlement, while the fulfilment team handles processing and admin.
• Leverage Aussie’s technology platform to simplify workflows, ensure compliance and increase conversion rates.
• Expand income by connecting customers to the broader Aussie ecosystem, including buyer’s agents, conveyancing and insurance services.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain one before starting, with support provided).
• Experience in sales, broking or customer service.
• Motivation to grow a high‑performing, flexible business.
• Passion for helping Australians achieve property ownership.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
