Retail Merchandiser - Mareeba

About the role

CROSSMARK has partnered with the Cornetts IGA Network to run a dedicated team across multiple locations, offering ongoing casual work in the Mareeba area. The work is 2-8 hours per fortnight or month, Monday to Friday only, with calls made fortnightly, monthly or quarterly to local stores. No merchandising experience is needed.

Key responsibilities

• Visit Cornetts IGA stores on a scheduled fortnightly, monthly or quarterly basis
• Keep shelves stocked, faced and compliant
• Set up eye-catching displays and Point of Sale materials for promotions
• Identify stock gaps and report missing products to maximise sales
• Support new product launches and make sure they have a strong in-store impact

Required profile

• Able to work independently and with a good eye for detail
• Great communication, organisation and self-motivation
• Flexibility to work morning starts and to adjust hours when needed

What we offer

• Casual hourly rate of $34.34 plus $1.00 per km (paid between stores only) and superannuation
