Retail Customer Service & Sales Consultant - Busselton

About the role

Telstra is hiring a Retail Customer Service & Sales Consultant for its store in Busselton. You will delight customers by giving them an excellent in-store experience and helping them identify the products and services they need to improve their telecommunications use. The position is permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs
• Stay up to date with the latest gadgets and services and give informed advice
• Use consultative selling to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Work closely with the team to support store goals

Required profile

• Great communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
• Sales drive and motivation to exceed targets
• Enthusiasm for learning and a resilient, positive attitude
• Previous customer-facing experience is a plus but not required
