Retail Assistant – Optical & Luxury Eyewear

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Assistant to join our OPSM store in Sugarland. The role involves guiding customers through the optical journey, from initial consultation and pre‑testing to selecting high‑fashion frames from luxury brands.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and manage the full sales cycle, including consultations and frame fitting.
• Assist with vision pre‑testing and provide product information.
• Maintain visual standards and stock of luxury eyewear brands such as Ray‑Ban, Oakley, Prada, Gucci, Chanel and others.
• Process transactions and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Support store merchandising, inventory checks and cleanliness.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience, preferably in an optical or fashion environment (optional).
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
• Interest in luxury eyewear and high‑fashion brands.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Customer service orientation.
• Basic knowledge of optical terminology (preferred).
