About the role
Golden Circle Factory Outlet in Capalaba is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join its family‑owned team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality customer service in a fast‑moving clearance grocery environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate the POS system efficiently.
- Provide friendly customer service and assistance.
- Fill and merchandise floor stock.
- Maintain awareness of promotions and specials.
- Support the team and contribute to a collaborative, enjoyable work environment.
Required profile
- Reliable and punctual.
- Highly motivated and eager to learn.
- Excellent listening and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting, moving and handling boxes of merchandise.
Required skills
- Experience using a POS system.
- Previous retail or customer‑service experience.
