Store Manager - Capalaba

About the role

Ampol is looking for a Store Manager for its Capalaba location. This is a 12-month full-time contract position where the manager acts as the face of the store, treating each location as their own and driving excellence to create outstanding one-stop-shop experiences for customers.

Required profile

• Retail management experience with a supportive, people-focused leadership style.
• Proven ability in inventory management, visual merchandising and maintaining operational standards.
• Strong organisational skills, commitment to safety and compliance, financial acumen and a history of delivering exceptional customer service.

What we offer

• Salary range of $67,000 to $82,000 (plus allowances) based on experience.
• 6 weeks of on-site training to set you up for success.
