About the role

Join the Golden Circle Factory Outlet team in Morayfield as a Retail Assistant. You’ll be part of a family‑owned clearance grocery store that delivers high‑quality, low‑cost groceries to the community seven days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the POS system efficiently.
• Provide friendly customer service and assistance.
• Fill and merchandise floor stock.
• Maintain awareness of promotions and specials.
• Support teammates and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Required profile

• Positive, friendly attitude with reliability and punctuality.
• Highly motivated, eager to learn, and good at problem‑solving.
• Physically fit – able to stand for long periods and lift boxes.
• Flexible to work weekday and weekend shifts, including occasional weekend hours.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and work well within a team.

Required skills

• Experience using a POS system.
• Previous retail or customer‑service experience.
